Fraudulent Item and Non-Existent Customer Service:

Highly disappointed. The item arrived physically broken with the nozzle disconnected from the mechanism. Furthermore, a verification of the details and the accompanying receipt confirmed that this is a replica packaged with forged boutique paperwork. For example, the invoice lists a completely wrong product SKU (M40895) belonging to an LV leather bag instead of the fragrance, and falsely claims payment via a French domestic network ("Carte Bleue") for a transaction allegedly processed in Los Angeles. I reached out directly to Oxavio support to arrange a return and avoid legal escalation regarding trademark distribution laws, but I have received zero communication back. Buyer beware

Received a counterfeit Louis Vuitton Imagination. The bottle and packaging look decent at first glance, but the batch code is wrong (2SQ 5201), the atomizer is off, and the scent is weak, chemical, and doesn’t last. Clear fake.
Do not recommend this shop. Buy from official retailers only.

Its clearly not the real cologne, but what I received smells pretty good actually. Unfortunatley it only lasts about 15 minutes and has given me a mild headache- which is indicative of cheap, synthetic, ingredients. Packaging wasnt great, but it held together in transit. Overall, I knew the risk I was taking purchasing this, and probably wont purchase from here again but not upset with what I got.
