Please note that estimated delivery times still apply as outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days. Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not deliver to collection points.

While we strive to meet these timelines, Oxavio is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first contacting USPS to locate your package. If tracking hasn’t updated due to a technical issue and your package appears lost, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the items and packaging and send them to support@oxavio.com. Keep the damaged products until we provide instructions on how to proceed.

If you decide to change your mind about your purchase, Oxavio provides a 30-day return period starting the day after your item is delivered. To begin the return process, simply reach out to us at support@oxavio.com, and we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original manufacturer seals must be intact.

Items must not show any signs of use or customer-caused damage.

Original packaging must be included with the return.

To get started, email support@oxavio.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to make the process easy.

Once our logistics team receives and inspects your return, we’ll issue a refund within seven business days.

Returns Due to Customer Mistakes:
If you’re returning a product because of a customer-related issue (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind, etc.), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. For help with this, please contact us at support@oxavio.com.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours at support@oxavio.com. You may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
